When an emergency or important information needs to be relayed, our only method of delivering the news is to depend on word of mouth or local news outlets. Madonna High School would like to create a better way to distribute news or emergency notices to parents in the event of a delay, cancelation or other situations that would require a massive distribution. What we would like to do is to establish a system that would allow the school to reach all parents to inform them of information that is immediate. Please note, this email will only be used for notices such as delays, cancelations, or other situations that require a mass distribution of information immediately. An example of this would be our school cancelation from November when our heating system was having trouble. This account will not be used for replies such as questions about a test grade or questions that should be directed to a specific individual. We hope this will serve as another way for me to keep you informed about what is happening at Madonna High School. |
