The Madonna High School Prayer Club continues to be a very active club within the school. Mrs. Mary Evkovich, Club Sponsor, has announced the following activities for the club members throughout the Spring months.

• Prayer Club members will be praying the Stations of the Cross with the residents of the Weirton Geriatric Center evey Friday of Lent at 11:30 am.
• On Friday, March 26, Fr. Gerold Langsch, a German born Schoenstatt Priest, from Waukesha, Wisconsin will visit Madonna to celebrate mass and bless the SRC coordinators and those who participate in the Schoenstatt Rosary Campaign.
• We have recently been informed that the Weirton Geriatric Center is in the process of making a chapel room for the Prayer Club to use when visiting to pray with their residents. Hopefully this will make it possible for the Prayer Club to sponsor Eucharistic Adoration at the Geriatric Center during April, the Month of the Eucharist.
• The Prayer Club field trip is being organized for April. We hope to be going to Pittsburgh to visit St. Nicholas Croatian Catholic Church to view the murals of artist Maxo Vanko.
• The Prayer Club will once again be sponsoring May Crowning this year.
• During the month of May, Prayer Club members are invited to sign up to pray the rosary at ther Geriatric Center every Friday at 11:30 am.

All members of the club are asked to participate in these activities.
