Madonna High School will celebrate Catholic Schools Week 2012 the week of January 29-February 4. Many events and activities for the students have been planned to promote the Catholic identity of Madonna.
Sunday: We encourage all students to attend Mass at their home parish at the
following times:
St. Joseph the Worker: 10:30 am Mass
St. Paul: 11:00 am Mass
Sacred Heart: 9:00 am Mass
St. Anthony:10:30 am Mass
Monday: Dr. Paul Wright will be at Madonna to speak to our students about his time spent with Mother Teresa. Dr. Wright was the personal physician to Mother Teresa. Tuesday: Madonna welcomes community leaders from the Weirton Heights Rotary Club.
Wednesday: Ambassador Exchange Program. Students and teachers from Bishop Donahue and Wheeling Central will be visiting Madonna High School for the day.
Thursday: Staff Appreciation Day! Be sure to say thank you to our teachers and staff
for all they do to support Catholic education!
Friday: Student Appreciation Day! Students may have a dress down day with Madonna
gear to show their pride in Madonna High School!
Please check back for more information on our featured events. In addition to the above events, each class will be completing a service project to benefit the community for several non-profit organizations.
