On Monday evening, January 9, 2012, nineteen Madonna High School students were inducted into the Monsignor Murphy Chapter of the National Honor Society. Membership is based on scholarship, leadership, service, and character. New members inducted are Seniors Courtney Moss, Nathan Nero, Andrea Traffichini and Morgan Weaver. Junior class members inducted include Amy Davis, Makenna Dziatkowicz, Dylan Fenske, 
Joshua Francis, Gina Granato, Alan Green, J. Kirk Holmes, Emalee Hvizdak, Alexia Korth, Charles Kotten, Kaitlin McGaughey, Sarah Mills, Nicolette Sellitti, Rachel Vetri, and Alexandra Yazbek. They join Seniors Isabella Anile, Christian Boni, Taylor Brancazio, Anthony Clements, Kaitlyn Conner, Tess Ferrari, Rosalie Granato, Doughlas Howell II, Sara Lyons, Stephanie Magnone, Melanie Mazur, Libby McFadden, Lisa Parkins, Corey Ptaszek, Kelsey Ptaszek and Kristen Tunno who were inducted during the 2010-2011 school year. Congratulations to all members of the National Honor Society on this outstanding achievement.
